I bought two 128MB modules from SA Technologies (www.satech.com) and
paid $49 for each plus freight, duties and tax (total=$153). They had no
problems sending the modules to Germany, so there should be also no
problems sending them to Austria.

Please be sure that you have read the Cobalt-FAQ before you try to get
memory modules for your Qube - it needs modules with certain
specifications which are not very common to most of the memory
dealers!

After upgrading the RAM of my Qube, I now have one 32MB module left.
