The Qube 2 has two slots.

The Qube 2 takes 72-pin EDO Non-parity @ 3.3 volts. Note that this is a 
pretty uncommon type of RAM. You can find these chips here:

Well, I believe I've seen 256MB chips for the Qube 2, so I guess that 
makes the limit 512MB. Can someone confirm that the Qube can actually 
address that much memory? I would think that it wouldn't be a problem, 
but I know some PC mobos that crap out after 768MB or something...

Don't forget: it's just a 250MHz processor. It's not like having several 
gig or memory is going to turn it into something it's not ;)
