Thanks for you help Chris and Andreas. The netboot seemed to work, I must
have that boot loader problem you mentioned Chris. Because it hangs when I
start it up and just says "Starting Up" forever.
As soon as I can get a serial cable, I will let you know how it goes.

How much memory do you have? If you installed NetBSD 1.6.1 and have only
16 MB of memory, you'll need to install a different boot loader to get
it to boot itself.
Alternatively, you can hook up a serial cable to it and manually invoke
the boot loader from the boot menu.

You should be able to netboot the machine no matter what. Is it really
no longer able to even net boot? :(
