I installed NetBSD 1.6.1 onto a Qube2, no problem. I was able to use 
pkg_add to add apache and perl. I cannot get openssl (or php or mysql) 
to install.

I cd to the correct directory and when I try to run make I get the 
following error,
"Makefile.ssl is oldet then Makefile.org
Reconfigure the source tree (via '.config' or 'perl Configure'),  please.
*** Error code 1

...

Any suggestions?
