www.ramjet.com :)  go into the PC memory configurator, choose "Sun Cobalt".

I believe I got the source from an old FAQ, perhaps QubeQuorner.

$53 for 128 meg for the Qube2, also list modules for the RAQs etc.  

I got one in Nov, they were fast, had tracking #, etc.
