sorry guy's, but me again

i installed apache from pkgsrc now when i try to start:
   apachectl start

i get:
   (48)Address already in use: make_sock: could not bind to address
0.0.0.0:80
   no listening sockets available, shutting down
   Unable to open logs

but there is nothing on port 80:
   netstat -a
