Hi,

I acquired a 128Mb module for my Qube 2 and installed it along with the original
16Mb.

After this I had some very strange problems with my Qube 2 just stopping. I
spent ages trying to figure it out. I removed the old 16Mb memory module and
then realised that the fan had been disconnected by the previous owner. The Qube
2 was getting *really* hot on the shelf above my radiator.

Since I have plugged the fan back in it has been fine (althogh I haven't put the
old memory back in).

It was easy to tell that it was too hot because when I opened it after it had
been on I could feel how hot it was.

Maybe this helps.

Phil
