ftp://ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/NetBSD-1.6.1/source/sets/

you want to get the syssrc.tgz out of there and unpack

if i recall correctly, you just need to go

cd /
tar xzpf <path-to>/syssrc.tgz and it will unpack into /usr/src

but it has been some time since i did this. check that the tar is
relative to usr/src by using tar tyf <path-to>/syssrc.tgz | head
