Is there a step-by-step guide to getting BSD on a Qube1 (2700d/wg)?

Apparently the only way to do any type of install on these is
to format the drive in another machine, but as far as I can tell
there are no installation instructions for doing this.

I realize I might be the only person on earth who has one of these,
but I'd really like to have it in service for toy value.
