It needs 3.3v EDO SIMMs - I'm in the UK and the only two places that even
quoted properly were www.crucial.co.uk and www.offtek.co.uk I know that
Crucial also have a .com site and presumably ship anywhere, but I don't
know if Offtek do. I ended up buying a single 64MB stick from Offtek for
31 UKP (you need to select Server/Workstation and then Sun Cobalt - it's
not listed in the normal list).
I now have 96MB and it's been 100% fine. Both companies offer a lifetime
guarantee on the memory they sell, so it's not really a gamble.
