Obviously we will nee a sys/arch/avr32 for the "common' avr32 bits.

I'm tempted to put the NGW100 support under a evbavr32 umbrella  
directory.
Since avr32 is big endian, the MACHINE_ARCH will be avr32 and the  
MACHINE
will be evbavr32.
