Serial1 in not supported (I must admit that I tought otherwise too). The
evidence was that my mouse was mentioned as /dev/mdm01 in my XFree config ;-)

It should indeed be easy to support ser01. I didn't do it because:
1. I don't have need for it
2. It is missing all modem lines, which makes it less usefull
Feel free to hack the driver ;-)
