GREAT !! YOU HIT FULLY IN THE BLACK (like we German say:-)
with this kernel !
It does NOT hung but continues with installation procedure like in
the installation guide, that is
 - loading ramdisk from both floppies (3 40-dot-lines shown)
 - starting the install-procedure (welcome text).
As you suggested, I stopped continuing installation, as I for now
don't have a disk for NetBSD yet (but for the weekend I got one
that is clear -- and if I must steal one from uni ;-),
and so I got a shell prompt.
I tried nearly all commands, looked at all direktories
and read the install-proc (quite nice!). then I tried to
mount_msdos (silly name we don't want anything to do with PC ! ;-).
And here is enough with commendation ;) the bug-report begins.
First a light bug, but annoying:
Many keys - except the alphanumeric - are not on the right place
(like /<>;:"$% ...) so I think there is no German keyboard driver there
so it is laborious to find the right keys :-(
Do you have a German one (I don't see a Falcon with no German keyboard
yet) ?
Second bug, this is fatal:
	mount_msdos /dev/sd0f /mnt (<EMULEX Toshiba disk>)
delivers no error, but if I type 'ls /mnt', I got nothing.
iOn another disk the result is more curious:
	mount_msdos /dev/sd1g /mnt (<CDC-disk>)
delivers no error, but if I type 'ls /mnt', I got strange lines like this:
a?b?c?d?.e?f q?r?s?t?.u?v ??????.? ?????.? ????????.?
a?b?c?d?.e?f q?r?s?t?.u?v ??????.? ?????.? !?"?#?$?.%?&
and so on (this is no joke, really !)
'ls -l' delivers
'doget(): pcbmap returned 0'
'dos2unixtime(): month value out of range'
many times.
But after both mounts the 'df'-cmd show the correct amounts of 512byte-
blocks (all, used, avail)
So I can't mount my TOS-partitions correctly.
What do you think on that ?

Oops, I forgot it. I try it tomorrow and mail you the results.
