Even that will only look at handlers established under IRQ_EXPCARD0 --
IRQ_EXPCARD7.  podulebus_irq_establish() establishes all its handlers
under IRQ_PODULE or IRQ_NETSLOT, the same as all the existing drivers did.
As far as I can tell, IRQ_EXPCARD* are dead.
