NetBSD/hpcarm code merged by ichiro@netbsd.org.It contains Robert Swindells
code.
Is IXP1200 Network Processor?

anyway NetBSD/hpcarm start and work going on NetBSD CVS repos.

Please use NetBSD-current. 
1.5.1 may not support NetBSD/hpcarm staff.
