port-arm32: Does FPA support really exist?

"ARM FPA10, FPA11", but sys/arch/arm32/mainbus/cpu.c says "Currently we
don't support FPA's", and as far as I can see, this is true.

Does anyone have any evidence that FPA support works?  If not, I'll delete
the mention of it from the Web pages.
