I go the following error during the compilation of tcl8.3.2. on my
RiscPC NetBSD box.

I had just completed a sup of the package collection (20000930:0900) and
updated gcc-2.95.2 and libtool-1.3.5nb5

The following error when compiling tcl seems to be libtool related.  Any
help would be apprecited.  I am running a 1.4K kernel.
