only recently (since a bunch of people were loaned sharks), i'd guess.

However, if you'll note, as of 1.4 there were 3 arm32 install kernels:

	CATSINST
	RPCINST
	A7INST

with miniroots which leads me to believe that _somebody_ was supposed
to be able to use them to install/upgrade the system.  All of the
older users, and the CATS users i'd epxect are using diskful systems.
