Hi,
There will not be a 1.3.3 release for arm32. There are a number of
reasons for this.

1.3.3 is the latest patch release of NetBSD 1.3 which is now rather old.

Shark, EBSA285 & CATS support is not present in 1.3.x

Features like UVM are not in 1.3.x

The majority of NetBSD/arm32 users are already running on more recent
distirbutions that 1.3 e.g. the -current snapshots.

There have been considerable performance improvements since 1.3

Rather than spend time preparing a 1.3.3 release for arm32 that very few
users would ever install I decided to devote what time I have to issues
that need to be addressed for 1.4

Cheers,
