Hi,
  Ok there is a RPCINST kernel in the latest snapshot I put on line

ftp.netbsd.org:/pub/NetBSD/arch/arm32/snapshot/19981001/kernels/RPCINST.gz

I only uplaoded that today as I had to do a bit of work on sysinst.
I would be interested on any feedback on this install kernel so that we
can insure that sysinst is working fine.
