Signal changes are very rampant in -current right now, so it's not
surprising that this gave you an error.  You should now be able to revert
your /usr/include/sys directory and make third party stuff compile.

Hopefully, after the signal stuff is worked out, Mark, Neil, or someone
(if they're too busy, me) will roll a new snapshot.
