Hi,
  Due to the recent bug found in the 1.3.2 build (unsigned char problems
in ctype.h) I have put online a new snapshot containing just binaries and
libraries built from a 1.3.2 source tree with the approriate fix (pulled
up src/include/ctype.h from 1.15 to 1.16).

It can be found at
