If "1.3A" is the version number you see when you do "uname -r", you aren't
running 1.3; you are running NetBSD-current around the time NetBSD 1.3 was
released.  Your old binaries would then _not_ work on NetBSD 1.3.1 or 1.3.2,
as 1.3.1 or 1.3.2 would constitute a kernel *downgrade*.
