Dare I say, etherH? Mark's integrating Mike's new driver at the moment,
which apparently works really well.

EtherM is also not bad, but suffers from the 'packet coming in at boot'
problem.

One of these drivers (can't remember which) has peaked at 750KB/sec,
which is pretty good for an Acorn machine.
