port-arm32: NEC765 floppy controller

Does anyone know where I might get details of how to talk to the NEC765
floppy controller? I tried www.nec.com with no luck. I am trying to get
NetBSD to talk to ADFS floppies, and it requires changes to the floppy
driver, hopefully not many.
