  Ok I made a few changes last week that I hope fix the problems with
older ICS IDE cards following the addition of ATAPI support. As yet I have
not built any release kernels with the changes but the changes are in
-current.

The lastest card does not yet work. The memory map of the card is
different and I have yet to work it out.
