I think this is the standard NetBSD install script (ie not just for arm-32). 
It is possible to do it using floppies, only slow - I had to do this for 1.2
because RiscBSD doesn't support Cumana CD-Roms.

Would the arm-32 installer actually work with the TAPE or NET options?
