The lonely 'esac':-

./net_config: 160: Syntax error: "esac" unexpected (expecting "done")

In addition:-

    The RISCPC & RISCPCINST kernels are not linked with 'csc.o'
so won't drive Cumana SCSI II. VOYAGER has it (but is not an
install kernel). 

    The ADDFS & RDSETROOT look as though they change a 'normal'
kernel into an 'inst' one, but unfortunately RDSETROOT has been
compiled with dynamic linking so can't be run on pre-1.3 setup.
