A very good choice is also:
"Unix System Administration" by Nemeth, Snyder, Seebass, Hein
It is the 2nd edition, though (1995-ish), available also in German now !
(1997)

Not only very detailed stuff on half a dozen Unices but also a very good
(any funny) reading.
I now regret I didn't buy the original English edition, but the German one.
