It's been brought to my attention that this is a bad place to put
unofficial toolchain patches.  To avoid confusion with official releases,
I've moved the patches to
<URL:ftp://ftp.netbsd.org//pub/NetBSD/misc/bjh21/armelf/
     arm-elf-toolchain-20010221.diff>

Sorry for any confusion this may cause.
