After much messing around, and poking my EtherLan 102 with a LogicDart, I
seem to have a vaguely-working EtherH driver.  I've committed all the
relevant stuff to the tree in the hope that it might be useful to
someone.  FWIW, things that don't work are:

Auto-media selection.
EtherLan 200 MAU detection.

I'm also far from sure that the EtherLan 500 support has a hope of
working.  If someone sends me an EtherLan 500, I'll work on it.

Oh, and while I'm at it, anyone got an 8-bit Ether3 kicking around?
