I just managed to get a four-megabyte machine (basically an A440) up to a
single-user shell prompt and able to run swapon(8).  For some reason,
though, everything wasn't as wonderful after adding the swap as I'd hoped,
and the system seized up again.  Anyway, have a dmesg (actually captured
under NetBSD) while I look for something else to trim.  That 28k pv_table
looks tasty...
