build.sh -m evbarm succeeds at the moment.

I've tested the only platform I have: gumstix.  The install kernel boots
and I can poke around some.  The raw gumstix kernel boots in NFS root
configuration, but gets stuck trying to download/run init.  I haven't
tried tracking that down, but I also haven't run NetBSD on the gumstix
before, so I don't know if this is a regression...

If you have access to other evbarm platforms (or more experience with
the gumstix running NetBSD), please give it a spin.
