Apart from the symbol table growth beyond SYMTAB_SPACE, it's
compiling for me now.  So perhaps someone fixed things for that.
I fixed both INTEGRATOR and IQ80310.  IQ80310 probably prevented
TEAMASA_NPWR from building, too.  INTEGRATOR also had another
problem with pte.h and assym.h both defining DOMAIN_CLIENT, which
I fixed by removing it from assym.h.  I wish I could test that.
