Ah, yes, GATEWAY option is enabled.  So, datagram passes thru
ipflow_fastforward() rathole.  End note through-put is slower.
The driver does not use Tx interrupts.  It takes "shoot-away" strateray
to send.  (need to beat a Linksys)
