My point was mobile phone is often sold ~0 YEN in Japan.  I'm afraid
small accelerated LCD graphic by itself hardly makes profit since the
business logic is quite different.  Unless successful to keep expanding
new market domain and applications such hardware gets saturated
soon and goes nowhere.  In these days hardware is considered free...
