Hi Folks,

I've just committed the recently announced new arm32 pmap code.

I would appreciate if if poeple with access to arm32 hardware other than
Shark and evbarm/iq80321 could make the necessary changes to the relevant
port-specific code to take advantage of the new pmap.

See Shark and iq80321 for examples of what needs changing for
ARM32_PMAP_NEW (and the optional ARM32_NEW_VM_LAYOUT).
