I typed ``build.sh -m hpcarm''. After that, I do the following steps:

1. cd /usr/src/sys/arch/hpcarm/conf && nbconfig IPAQ
2. cd ../compile/IPAQ && nbmake-hpcarm

The /etc/mk.conf is:
USETOOLS=yes
USE_NEW_TOOLCHAIN=yes
