People who are averse to paying fifty quid (or the equivalent in local
currency) for the ARM ARM might like to know that it exists in PDF form on
their Developer Suite CDs, and that you can get them to send you a free
evaluation version.  You need Wine (or Windows) to unpack it (use "wine
--winver nt40 Setup.exe", and only ask for PDF docs), unfortunately.
