I have plan that to remove hpcarm dependence code from sa11x0
	codes, and put into hpcarm/dev/; for example, that is pcic code of
	iPAQ using Extended-GPIOs.
	I want it to wait to move hpcarm/sa11x0 under arm/ formally a
	little. It is because many hpcarm dependence codes are
	contained in them.

	I hope not to use "#ifdef hpcarm" in arm/sa11x0/*.
