The Series 5 was based on the Cirrus logic 7110 (IIRC).  This contains an 
arm710 core (no 'T').

The series 5mx was based on a custom chip designed for Psion and based on 
the arm710t core.

I'm not certain, but I think the Revo is based on the same chip as the 5mx.

I think the series 7/netbook are both based on the SA1100 chip


R
