Hi,

How do I use the serial console? What do I connect it to?

Thanks.

Looks like everything work's except video...some
NEC versions currently only support serial console...
If you wish to try serial console support you
need to set the environment variable "osloadoptions"
to 's' (ommit quotes). The easy way to do this
is setup a 'menu' option to load "install".

Hi Bob,

I downloaded the image and burned it to a CD.

At the "Run a program" prompt I typed in "cd:\install".

The screen goes blue, the cd is read, the hard drive is accessed, the
Floppy
and Keyboard are both scanned, and then the cd light goes through a
cycle of
unlit, then lit, and repeats with no further access of hard drives.

Can I send you the output of WinMSD for that box?

Are there any further instructions apart from 'cd:\install'?
