Do you have another machine that can handle FAT partition on SCSI HDD?
If you have, how about this?

1 Put your HDD to that machine and write arcdiag.
2 Put back HDD to RISCserver 2200, run arcdiag and log to HDD.
3 Put HDD to that machine again and read output log.
