No difference.

I also moved the hard drive from bus 1 to bus 0.

No difference.  It would be interesting to have a
netbsd kernel with only ethernet and then with just
jazzsiop1 enabled to see if it's specific to jazzsiop0.

It would be interesting to see if the clock is getting
interrupts.
