well, i opened the case and pulled out the mainbord. all the information
from the chips i could read from were:
1.) i think the most relevant one: N82077AA L2131050 copyright by NEC
2.) WDC WD16C552-JT 00-01 9148D 25559A6-3505
3.) EMULEX 2400119 FA5216 609-0390458 F850785 N9205
4.) COMCLOK 9212 8.000MHZ
i'm not the hardware expert, so i post all i could find near the onboard
scsi-plugin.

the scsi disk is a maxtor lxt-200s with firmware 4.57. some details:
physical 1320 cyl
logical 1314 cyl
7 data heads
sector/track (6zones)
capacity 234 mbytes

format translated (what it really shows, when i connect it to another
machine:
816 cyl
15 data heads
32 sectors
191 mbytes
