OK, now I've connected a keyboard and monitor.  ARC comes up on the monitor,
so I set CONSOLEIN and CONSOLEOUT to multi()serial(1)term() and reset.
Still NOTHING over the serial port.  Even worse, if I leave the monitor and
keyboard connected at this point, it never gets past "Initializing Firmware".
So now I can't even get into ARC anymore!!!  Ugh.  Right now, the LED says
"5".  Without the video card connected, it says "9".  With the video but no
keyboard, the selftest fails and it never gets past POST.  LED flashes ".15".
How can this thing possibly work headless if it won't boot without a keyboard
or monitor?  I've tried all this nonsense with and without the jumper connected
at J4 (the only jumper on the board).  I've tried various serial speeds,
both null modem and not.  I'm getting nowhere fast.
Does ANYONE have any suggestions?  Or even a suggestion on how to clear the
NVRAM so I can get ARC to come up again?
