Even telnet client doesn't work?
Telnet server may have trouble, if you doesn't set up IP address to
hostname mapping correctly.

This means /var/db/kvm.db is not created correctly.
Pleae copy your netbsd ELF kernel to root directory,
and run /usr/sbin/kvm_mkdb.
