NetBSD uses MMU and RAM heavily. Issues with it may go unnoticed under AmigaOS but manifest under NetBSD.
Do you have a genuine “complete” MC68060 CPU with MMU?
Did you overclock your BFG9060?
Do you have motherboard RAM additionally to the RAM on the BFG9060?
Is the same issue still present without Picasso IV?
