Hi All, I was able to find an IOBlix 4 port serial card on eBay. Still, I am having problems getting it to dial the modem. I am not sure if I am using the correct tty. From dmesg: iobl0 at zbus0 pa 0xe90000 man/pro 4711/1 com0 at iobl0 port 0x0108 ipl 6: ns16550a, working fifo com1 at iobl0 port 0x0100 ipl 6: ns16550a, working fifo com2 at iobl0 port 0x0118 ipl 6: ns16550a, working fifo com3 at iobl0 port 0x0110 ipl 6: ns16550a, working fifo lpt1 at iobl0 port 0x0200 ipl 6 lpt2 at iobl0 port 0x0300 ipl 6 ne0 at zbus0 pa 0xec0000 man/pro 2167/202 ne0: Ethernet address 00:60:30:00:40:aa ne0: 10base2, 10baseT, 10baseT-FDX, auto, default [0x18 0x10] auto I have tried many of the tty in /dev. Yet, I still didn't seem to find the right port. Is there an easy way to find the correct tty for each port on the card? Thanks, Al |
