help on install

I've finally got my netbsd 1.6.1 installed. After the first reboot 
(giving netbsd -s at the prompt) I get this error:

|panic: bus error
|Stopped in pid 0 (swapper) at 0x17f0d4:   rts
|....

my configuration is;

a3000/25 + commodore 3640 + 16Mb
Toccata, Piccolo and VLab Motion zorro 2 boards.
wdc rev.08
rom 3.1

any hint?
